Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Twine & Co. Every order is carefully prepared, packed, and dispatched to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully and safely.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days after payment is received. During peak periods (such as launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed if there are any delays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


UK Shipping

We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses using trusted courier partners free of charge.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–3 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier capacity.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions, details will be shared on our website and via our newsletter.

Estimated shipping costs:

Europe: free

USA: £19.95

Canada: £19.95


International Shipping

We currently deliver to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and accurate rates are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the parcel reaches its destination country.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you’re unsure about potential import costs.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact support@twineandco.co.uk,  and we’ll do our best to help.


Order Tracking

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel directly on the courier’s website.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 12 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international) after dispatch, please email support@twineandco.co.uk, with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Address Information

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to amend it. Twine & Co. cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If a product is listed as a pre-order or made-to-order, estimated shipping timeframes will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
