Twine & Co. Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you love your Twine & Co. purchase as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition  - unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us straight away. We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, just ask.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest method is to return your original item once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to give a reason.

As with our standard policy, items must be in their original condition and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
